This notice explains how personal data is handled when visitors ask for information or accommodation availability.

2. Data processed
We may process information voluntarily supplied by the visitor, including name, email, telephone number, stay dates, guest numbers, preferred accommodation and message content. Technical systems may also process data needed for security and service delivery.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Data is used to answer enquiries, check availability and take pre-contractual steps requested by the visitor under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Where applicable, processing may also be required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
4. Submission and processing
Required fields are necessary to send and manage an enquiry. When the form is submitted, the data is sent to the manager through the email service configured on the server; an automatic summary of the received enquiry is also sent to the address supplied by the visitor. Appropriate safeguards are used against unauthorised access, loss and unlawful use.
5. Recipients and international transfers
Authorised staff and technical suppliers supporting the website, email and IT services may process data within their assigned roles. Data is not publicly disclosed. Any transfer outside the EEA will be made under safeguards required by the GDPR.
6. Retention
Data is kept only for the time needed to answer the enquiry and manage any resulting relationship, as well as any period required by law or necessary to protect the controller’s rights.
7. Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, individuals may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing under Articles 15–22 GDPR. They may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
8. Automated decisions
The website does not use automated decision-making or profiling.
